Simlipal National Park || Detailed Guide

Surely a great place to visit in Odisha. Relax with nature, stay overnight at the many cottages or tents in the park, drive around in your 4x4 in the mud tracks across the sanctuary, view tribal villages, sight wildlife, taste local Kali chai, visit 3 waterfall, if you are lucky request the forest officers to take you on an off beat nature trek. Great fun. There is amazing greenery and dense forest in Simlipal. We were able to spot some monkeys, deers and few birds. Spotting tiger is difficult as the access to core areas is restricted. However the place is full of scenic beauty. There are 3 main waterfalls viz Uski, Barehipani and Joranda .Visiting Uski is great experience as we could go close to the falls.Travellers are advised to carry anti-malarial drugs and sufficient drinking water before leaving for such expeditions.

Arabian Sea

"The Nairman point is a beautiful, scenic promenade , that stretches from church gate to charni road , creating a curve around the Arabian Sea , that looks like a necklace. At night when it's all lit up Iit appears as a queens necklace . It's a lovely place to stroll, sit , spend quality time with family or self with lovely sunset views."

"This is one of the best cricket stadium in the world. It is located in prime area of Mumbai city.It is near to Church-gate Railway Station. It is great to watch live international cricket matches at this place. Atmosphere is electric during live matches. There are lot of eateries around this place, where one can get variety of vegetarian & non-vegetarian food. Overall, it is a nice place to watch live & important cricket matches with friends, just to enjoy one of the most enthralling experience, if you love ‘cricket’ as sport."

Everyone should visit this place once if you are going to visit the Gateway of India, as it is very next to it.
Over hear you can see the history of India, a lot of animals.

The history starts from the stone age to the modern India.
Over hear you get a chance to even make your coin.
The entry fees is very nominal and there is discount for school and college children.
One more attraction is the navy room where you can see a lot of navy ships from pre independence  to the ultra modern ships.

Mumbai teaches a lot about  about life.  Probably no other city in India teaches you as that of Mumbai. Once you are in Mumbai for some time you would feel bad to leave the city. You will feel as if you are leaving your home town.

Here, Travel Blogger had to necessarily mention the video of my friend Mr. Sittu..
I Thank him for sharing all this keep enjoying keep sharing.....................................bye..

Ashwatthama (अश्वत्थामा)

Ashwatthama (अश्वत्थामा)
Ashwatthama (Sanskrit: अश्वत्थामा, Aśvatthāmā) or Ashwatthaman (Sanskrit: अश्वत्थामन्, Aśvatthāman) or Drauni was the son of guru Drona and he is the grandson of the Brahmin sage Bharadwaja. Ashwatthama is a mighty Maharathi who fought on the Kaurava side against the Pandavas. Ashwatthama is considered as avatar of one of the eleven Rudras and one of the seven Chiranjivi. Along with his maternal uncle Kripa, Ashwatthama is believed to be a living survivor of the Kurukshetra War.The rumours about his death led to the death of Drona by Prince Dhrishtadyumna. The final commander-in-chief of the Kauravas, Ashwatthama slaughters many in the Pandava camp in a sneak attack. After Arjuna and Karna, Ashwatthama killed the highest number of warriors in the Kurukshetra war.

As a punishment, Ashwatthama was asked to surrender the gem on his forehead. Krishna then cursed Ashwatthama for 3000 years that he will roam in the forests with blood and puss oozing out of his injuries and cry for death . Since he had no fear of death during war, death would not meet him. He will have neither any hospitality nor any accommodation; he will be in total isolation without any contact of physical communication from mankind and society. The wound caused by the removal of this gem on his forehead will not heal and his body will suffer from a host of incurable diseases forming sores and ulcers that would never heal for 3000 years.Lord Krishna further said that
“The wound caused by the removal of this gem from your forehead will never heal and you shall suffer due to the wound in the forehead, which will always seep blood and pus, thus arousing a foul smell till the end of kaliyuga"

A number of missiles have been launched from the ITR including the nuclear-capable AkashShaurya,Agni and Prithviballistic missiles, just recently being Barak 8.Chandipur is a unique beach because it may not be there when you visit because of high tide.
